Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.
Accounts are done strictly on a prepayment or C.O.D. basis, unless prior approval has been obtained. Credit can be arranged by submitting a credit application for processing. Any application not completed and signed will not be considered for approval. Please allow a minimum of 30 days for credit approval. For customers with approved credit, invoices are due on a 30-day net basis. We reserve the right to terminate such terms pending nonpayment of account. This includes the right to cancel open orders on any past due accounts. Past due accounts will be subject to service charges assessed at the rate of 1.5% per month on any balance over 30 days. Customers agree to pay any and all collection expenses. This includes attorney fees and court costs should they be necessary to affect the collection of your account. A fee of $35.00 will be charged for all returned checks. For your convenience we accept Master Card and Visa. We also accept American Express with an additional 3% fee.
All plant material is inspected prior to shipment and is in good condition when accepted by the respective transportation company. All plant material should be inspected upon arrival. Any problems with the quality, quantity, or condition of the plant material must be reported. Claims must be made within 48 hours by fax, telephone or email after receipt of goods. A digital image of product is required on all claims. AG2 TC reserves the right to have plant material returned to us prior to honoring any claims. If your shipment is damaged during transit,then you need to take pictures and report it as soon as possible to the carrier. AG2 TC will not be responsible for damage to plant material incurred during transit,including damaged boxes, smashed plantlets or plantlets out of cells due to rough transit. AG2 TC reserves the right to have plants that are associated with a claim returned.
List prices are in U.S. Dollars, F.O.B. Apopka, Florida and for the wholesale trade only. Prices are effective July 1, 2022 and are subject to change without notice. Prices stated do not include shipping and handling charges. Boxing charge for up to 3 trays is $5.60 and winter pack is $8.06. Boxing charge for 4 to 6 trays is $9.46 and winter packing is $13.16. There is a1 Tray minimum order. No Partial trays.
Shipping expenses incurred by LTL carrier, UPS, Federal Express, Air Freight or by any other means is the sole responsibility of the customer. If an order is required to ship by means of Air Freight, AG2 TC must be given the airline and airport code. In the event that misinformation is given to the wrong destination airport, additional freight charges may be incurred and added to the invoice. The customer must provide their desired means on freight transportation. AG2 TC does not accept claims for plants shipped by Ground, FedEx Freight, or international shipments. Shipments damaged during transit require a claim filed with the shipping company and credited if approved by the respective company.
There is a 14-tray minimum for international shipments and an inspection handling fee of $45.00 per order that requires inspection. Phytosanitary inspection fees are $66.00 per order and are subject to change without notice. Phytosanitary inspection fees and other inspection fees required by International, and U.S. are the responsibility of the customer and subject to change without notice. If a chemical application is required, an additional $30 will be added.
Contract propagation is available. Please contact us for further information on this service. Patented or trademarked items may be subject to royalty payments or restricted to licensed growers depending on upon agreements with patent or trademark owners.
Cancellations allowed up to 1 week prior to ship date (unless it’s a customer grow order). Incoming orders for same week will be processed and shipped same week when possible. In some cases, we will ship the following week.

At AG2 TC, we strive to produce quality material that is true-to-type. In the event that any of our plant products (stock) is proven to be untrue to its name as labeled for slow growth, non-producing plants, off types (mutations) our liability is exclusively limited to replacing the material free of charge or refunding the purchase price. AG2 TC will not be liable for consequential damages or any amount more than the actual purchase price for the plant material. No warranties, either expressed or modified, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are extended.
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if we have made them available to you on our Service.You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
